Case Management System

INVID Case Management System is a customisable and user-friendly tool to manage 
different types of cases. For example, complaints, and internal or external deviations, 
improvement tasks, employment and health and safety issues.

The solution is based on SharePoint and on a working method according to the 8D principle 
with up to 8 steps with underlying activities. The simple input function means that all employees 
can create a case via predefined templates based on the type of case. 

For each case, costs can be specified and cases can be linked to a customer, 
a department, a part number, etc.

The solution also includes functions for statistics and reports.
