We register all cases that come in by phone, e-mail or our web portal in our case management system.
Then we prioritise and resolve tasks based on agreed service levels and agreed procedures.
SPOC (Single Point of Contact) means that users can also register cases which do not concern
services that INVID is responsible for. We register the case, collect relevant information and
analyse the case before we ensure that the case is passed on to the correct support authority.
